Build Name: The Landscaper

The best occupation in META game is Fire Officer, the Landscaper has the same skills but can build bases with a farm for food with the addition of Long Blunt weapons which do heavy damage to zeds quietly without attracting a herd of them who would have heard you. The axe is one of the top tier weapons and is also a tool to chop down trees for wood to build your base and its walls with Carpentry. If/when you are surrounded by zeds run away with the Sprint skill. When there is only one zed in the area attack it and loot it.

Occupation: Unemployed

Negative Traits:

Restless Sleeper(needs 1 more hour of sleep), Smoker(cigs needed to stay happy, easy to find and can be looted from zeds), Unlucky(-10% chance to find rare items, rare items are rare anyway), Weak Stomach(don't eat rotten food, eat fresh food and the crops you grow), Slow Reader(books can be fast forwarded anyway), Sunday Driver(cars make noise that attracts herds of zeds, sprint to get from point A to point B instead)

Positive Traits: Gardener(grows crops), Runner(zeds are slow, they can't beat what they can't catch), Brawler(uses Axe and Long Blunt Weapons which are top tier), Stout(better with melee weapons, higher carrying capacity), Handy(builds bases and maintains them)

Note: works especially well in Builder mode, grab an axe and start chopping wood or use a knife to chop wood by swinging at trees.
