Enter The Matrix

Tested and working on: TOSP Flashed xbox v1.4, Mod-Chipped xbox v1.6

Please note: Apparently my disk is scratched now 😢 so this isn't a 100% clean rip. Everything copied across fine except for some of the stuff in the Effects folder so I had to grab that stuff from the NTSC-U version of the game. I'm pretty sure these files are exactly the same and you wont notice anything different but I thought I should let you know.

Should do if you copy the game folder to E\Games, F\Game or G\Games (wherever you have the most space is better. also if you don't have a Games folder you can just make one) and then reboot the xbox it should just show up in your games list on the UnleashX dash

What did you use to unpack the RAR file and how did you copy it to your xbox?
I would unpack it with WinRAR and then run the checksums.sfv if you can to make sure the file unpacked properly (I use

to copy it to your xbox.. Befoul copying make sure you have enough space on the xbox. I would recommend copying to F instead of E as there should be more space there... if you have G then go for that

If the checksums come back bad try re-downloading the file again.

i re downloaded it for the third time, used winrar, FileZilla, and still getting "there is a probles with the disk you are using, maybe dirty or damaged"

Ok @gianluka looks like you where right. This is one of my older uploads so there wasn't even a checksum file for you to run >__<' and google is now refusing to let me download it to double check that it's still good so I'm going to re-ripp it meow and upload it to somewhere better.
Thanks for your commits and sorry for the auto canned response we get soooo many "the password is wrong", "the archive is corrupt" and "thanks" a day and all people have to do 99% of the time is type the password out and remember that it's case sensitive or just re-download the file and that fixes most people but in this 1% case that was not the answer, sorry.

directly error O.o? well now there is a checksums.sfv file I would run that and see if the file download properly but out side of that this maybe a issue with your xbox O.o? Have you had any issues like this with other xbox games you have put on your xbox hdd?

this is the only game that give me this error, i can play the ntsc versión, but i want the pal one, no one has it, i tried the redump versión, but there is an issue with the names of some files, i found a fix for that, but only  for ntsc

If @Yukiko has the time to test it that would be awasome but yeah I'm pretty sure it's fine and may just be a issue with your xbox maybe your PAL/NTSC settings but without the xbox in fount of me I can't tell you whats wrong with it and for the most part "We are pirates, not tech support" there is only a certain amount of help I can give over the internet befoul it becomes a PEBCAK issue .
Just for the hell of it I have a different xbox set up right now so I'm going to download and test it again but yeah I'm pretty sure it's fine and we are going to end up with the same result as all the xboxs I have are PAL ones.

Hay stupid question...

You know the message at the start of the game is telling you that you have no save file and you need to make one right O.o?

 

Out side of that I would try to copy the game to a different partition on your xbox so E or F and double make sure that the old version off the game has been deleted of your xbox befoul copied the new one and double make sure that what ever FTP program you are using to copying the game to your xbox has copied all of the files across.

Would love to test this but my xbox just bite the dust.

Tried to turn it on and it made a "POP" sound and is dead. 

 

I need to try to fix it or get a cheap replacement either TSOP or Softmod

@Yukiko noooooooooooooooo you're the only other admin or mod I know that has a xbox. Don't make me send you a xbox power supply , or if I had the money another xbox
But if you want what ever help I can give you over the internet for fixing your xbox just let me know

TC are you are to put this on a DVD RW and somehow make this into an ISO so you can burn it on DVD RW? That's the only way I can play something like this and I could really use help on how to do this

This game is HDD ready so you just copy the Enter The Matrix [PAL][!] folder to your e\Games or f\Games folder on your xbox hdd via ftp and then launch the game from your modded dashboard. Turns out I can't find a good tutorial for this so if this doesn't make sense I'll make one later.

You could also use Qwix to convert the game folder back to ISO and burn that but unless your running the stock 10GB hdd there really is no point in 2019 to do this...

Yep I still have the stock drive. I need to upgrade mines eventually.

@renegadeoperative well you should have 8 GB free and this game is 4.76 GB so you can just swap and change what games you want to play at that time all the saves are located somewhere so you wont lose them... but yeah if you really want to burn disks then i would look into Qwix

Used Qwix for converting these folders into ISOs and then burning them on a disc with imgburn. Worked like a complete charm for my situation. Thank you, MobCat. I heavily appreciate the assistance! I'll keep ftr in mind when I finally do that hotswap for hard drives.
