can't use dlc and plugins

somehow my vita unable to use dlc for neptunia rebirth 3 japanese voice and trails of cold steel shining pom dlc, and can't activate better_amphetamine & rincheat plugin at all, i already make sure that i put all the files in the right place (ie : dlc in ux0:addcont_plain & plugin in ux0:plugins) anyone can help me?

edit : i already tried to rebuild database but it still not working at all

That's very strange, I was able to play some of the games you've mentioned with plugins just fine. All of this is very baffling . I'm very sorry to say, but that's all I've got since I can't replicate your problem onto my Vita nor have I seen anyone else with this problem. I hope that someone else can solve your problem, but if I find anything that might help I'll suggest it to you in a heartbeat.

By any chance are those games backups/dumped or legit copies? Remember, you can't use dumped DLCs or use plugins with legit copies.

sorry for really late reply, all of the games and dlc are dumped from vitamin 2.0

Did you put the Game.txt inside the plugins folder as well?

yes i did, somehow from all games that i downloaded better amphetamin only works in grand kingdom.

1. Are you using the latest version of Henkaku? (If you're using the offline email exploit make sure that you've updated it by using the offline installer again with internet)

2. I don't recommend using the 3.5 beta of better amphetamine, that's if you're using it.

3. Try holding down the button a bit longer.

4. Are you using any other plugins? If so then try to remove them and then test it out.

5. Have you modified any other part of your Vita besides the ux0 directory (sd card), such as using a modified shell.self?

1. yes i always installed henkaku online since the offline one always give me error every 20 tries before installing the exploit

the weird thing is using maidump actually fix dlc for games but amphetamin still won't work in load mode 5.

You said that it worked in Grand Kingdom, could you please tell me the other games that it won't work on. I'm going to test them on my Vita and try to gather some data from all of this. (Make sure to give me the exact name of the game you used, for example there is Ys: Memories of Celceta and Ys: Memories of Celceta Undubbed. Could you also tell me the region of the game and the region that your Vita is on?)

so i try to delete the plugins folder and try to install better amphetamin again and ftped plugins folder from my pc to vita( previously i created the plugins folder in vitashell) somehow the plugin works in all games now.

it's really weird
