Try removing the vitacheat from *ALL  group and put it to *[Game ID here]  (without brackets) and it should work just fine. It will freeze for sure on the amount of memory/games you have so just divide it for the games you really need in config.txt

Enso 3.60 - I was able to use *ALL, with my SD2Vita 265GB
Now it seems following your advice this it the only way for it to work on Enso 3.65, which im perfectly content adding games to Settings.

Settings: *KERNAL Enabled + 1 Game Ys: Celceta
Test 1: Standby in Live Area Confirmed working, and idling in Live Area.
Test 2: Game Worked, and Standby in Game Worked.

Config will be different for each games basically so it is impossible to share (in case u do not have same games with same title_ID's). What you want to do is put a line under *KERNEL . ur0:/tai/vitacheat.skprx . After this for each game you should do something like *PSC00000(this should be TITLE_ID of the game you want) ur0:/tai/vitacheat.skprx

My Config Looks like this as an example, but Like @Seraphim2369 said, the GAMEID Will always be different, especially for Region Codes, and Patched  or Variations,
Just look at the GAME APP Folder Name for the GAMEID or use NPS  since theres a few games that have 3 ids, for ASIA Release lol.

Below is my example config, its basic i know. You don't need to name them like me, i did that as an example for you.

Also you could add more games, just if it starts to freeze in live area or standby i would suggest commenting the plugin load out for some games, and keep it minimal.
You can always go and enable VItaCheat by un-commenting and reloading, it doesn't take very long.

I will continue adding games into my Config as i need them, and Commenting them out myself to keep Memory Usage Low. And Un-comment when needing to use it.

L + Right (D-Pad) to access Vitacheat menu.

R + Right (D-Pad) to hide Vitacheat menu.
