@Gh0st Hey! So I'll take a crack at it.

C1-9649-8 can mean a couple of things, so first I'm going to ask a couple of questions.

Are you running an SD2Vita configuration?

Can you think of/remember anything in particular that cause this? A random power outage, something installing incorrectly and failing, etc.?

-

A potential solution is by booting the Vita into Safe Mode, and rebuilding the Database from Safe Mode. Generally that error can just mean something in the Database of the Vita has gone a little crazy, and now it's throwing errors due to that.

If that doesn't help, then it could be a corrupted memory card. (

This is the hidden content, please
). If that's the case, you may need to format and reset the Vita to correct the issue (see here for instructions).

-

I would give those two things a shot, and if that still doesn't work, let me know and we can dive a little deeper to see if we can come up with any solutions to get you back, up and running!

Thx for your response

No i don't have option like that(I have original 16gb vita memory card).Maybe i have older version of henkaku because only thing that i updated last time was vitashell(1.43) and i use henkaku offline

No,but this error appears only when i try to run adrenaline or henkaku enso(i can install enso and adrenaline  through vitashell or molecularshell without problems). All games, apps etc work  and can be installed without any errors.

I've done rebuilding database a few minutes ago but unfortunately without results(when i try to run adrenaline or henkaku enso, this error message appears again.

About Enso i know it but as i wrote above,i can install adrenaline or enso without problems but when i try to run it i have that error. So if i can't run enso i don't have permanent CFW.

I don't understand why only this 2 apps won't work on my vita.

@Gh0st Hmm, I'm not sure I quite follow, once you run Enso once and it installs, it's one and done. So have you installed (installed the VPK to get the Enso App), then when you launch said Enso app, then you get the error? If so, it sounds like a potentially corrupt Henkaku installation/Corrupt memory card with some bad sectors causing the issues you're running into.

To be honest, any time I've run into issues, I've reset my Vita to stock using the method I provided above, just to reset everything back to stock, in case I messed up a Database, or file system, or a corrupt memory card, or what have you, and that's resolved all my issues.

I'm really not sure what could be causing just 2 applications in particular to be failing, but that more or less makes me think it's a corrupt Database, which might not be fixed with a "Refresh Database", it might need to be "Reset" by resetting the Vita.

The other option you could potentially try is reinstalling Henkaku, which is done like so: "You can force all configuration to be reset by pressing R at the prompt when the bootstrap installer is launched. This is reset your taiHEN config.txt file as well as HENkaku settings.". So that's when you go to "henkaku.xyz" and run the normal exploit, but when you get the black screen, pressing R should reset Henkaku, reset the config.txt, and reconfigure taiHen, which, may or may not be the issue, it's hard to say.

Let me know which road you're gonna try, and we'll keep trying at this until we get you up and running~
