For what i can see only Infinite Warfare,WWII,CoD4 Remasterd and Black OPS III support Japanese text/subs no dubbing at all.

That still is only the subbed version. And i guess it's region locked cause i can't choose any Japanese like i can with WWII

I looked on the net and the Jap language files are nowhere to be found. 

MULTI 6 all the time no Japanese. Your only option would be (only my guess) for someone from Japan with the game on Steam to share his language files with you. Than you could maybe use those with a version like fitgirls complete pack.
