GatorCountry
It's way, way, way better. Don't get the hype at all, give yer tits a tug.
Ravenstorm
Haven't tried either way, but the old ones I liked equally. TMNT was mostly nostalgia I think, since the series reboots were such a catastrophe. SOR4 does honestly look great and I wouldn't doubt if it's better. It's a bigger evolution, and not just a mostly throwback.
dannyb88
Dude, SoR all day long! This coming from a huge turtles fan, my son is watching the 1990 movie right now 🐢
gorotsuki13
I don't know why, but I enjoy Shredders revenge better. Streets of rage 4 was kinda' difficult for me.

Ravenstorm
Always liked Donnie as my main, especially that long melee range. Plus I just love to watch Bo Staff spinny maneuvers even to this day thank to his influence. Also a technological genius? He was a genius AND a beast, but also a nice one. Haggar would probably be my second favorite fighter. Nothing like grabbing your enemy and smashing them around. Who needs armor huh, people scared to shit once they saw his gigantic build lmao. SlinkDogg
both are really good but I think SOR4 gets the nudge. it could just be the nostalgia setting for me tho. the amount of hours I sunk into the old SOR games back in the day was insane.
Ginose
SoR4 is definitely better. Kind of a trade off with my girlfriend and I arguing on the topic of SoR4 (she believes it feels too "Capcom" and not "SoR" enough to meet on that level, but her favorite is also the first game, and she views SoR2 and 3 as kind of missing the point, so we butt heads on that all the time. I think SoR4 does a lot to match the mechanical nuances that made SoR2 and 3 such unique games in the genre itself while doing enough stylistically to feel like a stand-out. Shredder's Revenge I... like well enough, but it's not quite the same type of appeal for me as the Konami TMNT games. I think it definitely doesn't suffer the unbearable weight of the imposter-syndrome Scott Pilgrim crumpled under, but I still don't think it really gets the whole picture of what those games felt like. Just my two cents.
daniel eremita
I prefer SoR4, but TMNT is pretty cool
Jokum
I had fun with both... but SoR4 felt like an easier game to enjoy by myself, but with friends tmnt was a lot of fun
LeftyGuitar
I like both games, actually. I kinda prefer TMNT over SOR4, but they are both great beat 'em ups. Things can get pretty hectic and fun when you have six players in Shredder's Revenge.
