My girlfriend left me two weeks after our daughter was born and took our daughter with her to her parent's house. She kept our child at her house and wouldn't let me have any contact with her. Cops say because the child's at her house I can't take my daughter home but if I can get my ex to agree to the child coming to mine once there I can do the same and keep the child. The opportunity came up, I took it, I'm was arrested for it. Turns out it's just moms beat dads no matter what. My daughter will be 2 in November, she doesn't know me at all.

Child endangerment, kidnapping, I'm going down hard my dudes.

 

What I did was keep my daughter for some emergency babysitting, my ex had little options, and when she came to get the child I just refused. It's very similar to when she went to her parents and I called the cops to get access to my daughter except both times I lose. I'm still very confused as to why she can and I can't.

What I do is make prostheses. Like you'd think, most of my professional life I've been doing decently well. This girl is a gold digger. Covid killed supply chains for everyone, I don't struggle to get work but it is hard to actually make products anymore so either way the work flow and so money flow is very slow. She didn't believe how broke I'd gotten and thought I was lying about my money. Even when I showed her my accounts she just made up some tale about new accounts and hiding money from her. That's why she left and why she didn't want me to get access to the baby. It's all about money. She'd sell me times with the baby for about a year but that stopped in January when I paid 100 to see my little girl for 30 mins and she never came. That's when I decided I'd try to do the same shit she's been doing to me and keep the baby home when I got the chance. The chance didn't come until may so here we are now. I got my chance and took it. It was a mistake, I guess. 

 

I've lost my business, I'm going to prison because how do you fight this? I did do it, I guess I just did it wrongly and broke the law but I don't understand yet where or how. I won't be allowed to see the child. I have a retraining order and I'm not even actually allowed to talk about it but I doubt any of youse will find my county, real name, and tell on me .

 

Honestly, I do not know if I'll serve my time or kill myself. It may be the weak way out but f**k man, who wants to live this? 

 

This place brought me joy when I was missing my daughter. Made me feel something positive when I was very depressed. What can I say? I'm sorry buds. I did enjoy helping y'all.

 

If I don't bitch out and I do have to serve time I'll post my info so maybe someone my drop me a line while I'm in the pen. I doubt I can get much piracy done from prison but hell, I'll f**kin' try  

 

I just feel totally hopeless. It all went to shit so fast and really, honestly, I've never hardly even been a mean f**ker let alone a bad person. If what I did makes me bad f**k this whole world I'm out this bitch

I can understand why you did it. I don't have kids myself but my sister has quite a few.

This sucks man. Dads aren’t second class parents. Hopefully you get a decent judge who sees that you were only trying to see and care for your child. Hopefully you’ve gotten no criminal record. Chance ate that even if you get hammered by a judge you may only get probation. Who knows a judge may even see it your way. As long as no violence was involved you may be ok. Good luck man. Feeling less like a crybaby about it, but yeah, sucks. May 18th it all begins. They're rushing to get me clanked before I can organize a legal defense. I really feel it is corruption I'm up against, not any real laws.

Men get a raw deal in child custody cases, my niece's mother lost custody when she was 11 months old and has never paid a single penny in child support for eleven years despite being ordered to by the court system. If a man doesn't pay child support for one month for whatever reason he goes straight to prison. From my experience in many cases there is a litany of injustice directed towards fathers because of gender inequality in a country that does not permit equal discrimination against women the same way as men are discriminated against. That's why I specifically chose a post-menopausal older woman as a wife, there is no way I want the legal problems or inequality of being a father and I don't want to have children. As for the suicide comment, killing yourself is futile because you'll continue to exist and suffer in an infinite amount of parallel universes. Make the best out of the universe you're in because death is no escape from its multiversal infinity and ultimate reality. I feel your pain man, my brother is going through the same discrimination against men.

Women got all sorts of abuse in most cultures for most of history. I was being a baby about this. If there is an afterlife I hope the vengeful females get a kick out of me at least.

Hell, I'm only here because I like helping people. I don't hurt people. I'm blessed me with a good chin and I use that. I'll take quite a beating before I fight back and in a way that's what she's done. She's beaten me good, but now is the time for fighting back not wallowing. After I beat the criminal case I will sue her. She ain't got no money except for mine but hell I may was well.

 

I should have updated this thread. At the injunction hearing the judge did not understand why I was never given any time with my baby and granted 50/50. It's only temporary and ends around the time the criminal trial should be ending, but it's been great. Her favorite thing in the world is to be carried on a walk until your arms die and your back breaks, but the pain is fine. I'm making up for lost time. I sing her songs like the irish rover's unicorn song:

My wife is Irish, one of the reasons I became enamored with her. If you're Irish it would explain your fighting spirit, craftiness and engenuity. I love the Celts, druids and woad warriors.
