TUTORIAL ON HOW TO INJECT .PVR INTO .CDI IMAGE

There are many tutorials on how to put the .PVR image file into  a.GDI, which is pretty easy.  But there is a lack of how to do this with .CDI files.  Anyone know of any modern tutorials or a program that can do this on the fly?
