Just an FYI:

I have emulated Japanese games on pSX1.13 (mainly shmups), and I have never had any issues with it.

pSX can emulate games from other regions you just need a bios file from the region or a region free bios for emulators like the PopsBIOS...

(most of my mega links from 2019 are down right now soo give me a sec and ill boop this one quick)
also sorry i don't remember much on the pops bios and only used it on the psp really. for pc i just use retail bios files.

I never tried a different BIOS with it and I have a full BIOS pack collection. Should've tried that before. Thanks!

Actually, I never switched from the North American BIOS. I do have the other BIOSs though, just in case I ran into an error.
