  1. It is what it looks like. Alex Kidd in Mario 1. Well, it's Alex Kidd in Miracle World hacked to look and sound very similar to Mario 1. I was going to make this a Dreamcast port but on DC it has too many bugs and is pretty unplayable. So, instead you get a very Dreamcasty Master System cover art done all half assedly. Here's your hack: [hide][Hidden Content]] Enjoy
  2. Had to reject this from my SOR smashpack because it refuses to load on Dreamcast. It is a good hack and Sketch seems right at home in SOR2 so I've uploaded the pre-patched rom for y'all to play on your retroarchs and such. This is a pretty old hack so it does lack the features loads of newer hacks have but it doesn't have any glaring bugs or any problems. It's just stuff like you're going to actually have to press attack and jump at the same time to do a back attack, you can't run, and specials will take from your health. Normal old SOR2 stuff. 3. Features: * English/German - self explanatory. You can pick what language you want without setting the language on the console itself. * Use CD32 Pad - if you want to use a regular joystick / keyboard combo, just disable this. * Use Akiko C2P - maybe it's just me, but on a TerribleFired CD32 the game seems much smoother with the original C2P routine. In any case, if you can't or don't want to use the original C2P routine, you can use cdBS's non-Akiko alternative. * Add Frame Delay - probably not necessary unless there's ever a Vampire CD32, adds a couple of VWAITs per frame to keep the game playable on superfast Amigas. * Invincibility/Trainer Keys - as described. I'm not exactly sure what the trainer keys are and what they do. A patched version like this is a requirement for playing on an expanded CD32 - any CD32 with fast ram will not work with the Dangerous Streets bundle version, and any CD32 where Akiko is not available (SX32?) will not work with that either. 6. source : [Hidden Content] It’s finally here! 2 Months after Team Fail0verflow revealed the technical details of a Kernel Exploit for firmware 4.05, Developer SpecterDev released a functional implementation today. The release is fresh and I haven’t taken the time to test it yet (plus, I’m on 4.01 right now and will need to update), but there’s no reason at this point to doubt this release. If you’re running a PS4 4.05, please give it a try and report in the comments. Related: How to get your hands on a PS4 running firmware 4.05 Understand that this release, in its current state, might not be 100% user friendly. But, fingers crossed, this should open up the PS4 scene a little bit more, and hopefully new developments will make this very interesting. Specifically, SpecterDev states: Credits SpecterDev credits the following people for their contribution to the exploit (besides Fail0verflow): qwertyoruiopz Flatz CTurt Anonymous Download and install PS4 4.05 Kernel Exploit You can download the Files on SpecterDev’s github here. Additionally, The hacker has released a sample payload to enable the Debug settings. you can find it here. To run the exploit, you need to have a console on firmware 4.05. If you are below 4.05, you can update to 4.05 by finding the right update file online. If you are above 4.05, you cannot downgrade and this exploit will not work for you. You’ll need to host the exploit files on a local server, and access the index.html file through Webkit on the PS4. Once the exploit runs successfully, the console will be listening for payloads on port 9020. You can send the payloads with command netcat from your computer. I apologize as my explanation’s very rough for now. More as we dive into it ourselves!
  7. According to PC Magazine "Nintendo is offering rewards of between $100 and $20,000 in return for discovering vulnerabilities in the following areas: System vulnerabilities: Privilege escalation on ARM11 userland ARM11 kernel takeover ARM9 userland takeover ARM9 kernel takeover The Japanese company is also interested in vulnerabilities allowing access to the ARM11 userland through Nintendo-published applications, as well as hardware vulnerabilities that allow for "low-cost cloning" and "security key detection via information leaks."
