About Me

  1. GatorCountry

    mega Castlevania Collection

Created by ShindouGO Nice menu system Background music Tested Loads of features Great work by Shin. Be warned, not everything is going to work in an emu. The cdi will play everything on a real Dreamcast and I didn't notice anything glitch-wise that would be Shin's fault so much as a sort coming of the packed in programs. For example, say you load the PS1 game, not really Shin's fault bleem is a bit spotty. The menu system looks, sounds, and functions really well. [Hidden Content]

    mega Apidya

PVR MR AB Tested in Redream I'm very pleased to finally bring this game to Dreamcast. Most versions I came across simply would not work, but this one does and does flawlessly. Well, actually the intros a bit wabbly but it's just the cracktro/intro. The actual game plays great. I heavily doctored the cover art but I did miss some of the wear in the bottom right on the physical cover this is a picture of. My bad. Another one of those games I'd rate as one of the best ever produced for the Amiga. Looks, sounds, and plays wonderfully. Do not be fooled by my screenshots. It's really hard to take a screenshot when heaps of enemies are coming at you in a shooter. It's not that those screens were empty so much as I killed everything before I hit the capture button. It's very fun and can be a challenge for even seasoned shooter fans. Takes inspiration from R-Type and Gradius. Obviously the bug aesthetic brings a certain level of originality to it as well. mega Castlevania

Tested in Redream PVR Included No LED Not many people knew about of ever played the Amiga version of the original Castlevania. It's really hard but this crack comes with a trainer so it's only as hard as you make it. Controls on Amiga are a bit different. You can jump with up or X and your normal attack is A, but to use your secondary attack you need to hold A instead of tapping it. You can see in the screenshots it looks really good for an original Castlevania that's over 20 years old, a bit silly, but pretty. It sounds good too, both music and effects are nice. Control is good for an Amiga game but I wouldn't play it without at least infinite lives on because they're too sluggish to keep up with the enemies. If you're a Castlevania fan it's worth a play if for nothing else just to see and hear an original that's nearly totally different from the NES version. [Hidden Content] Forgot my seal...I made this That'lls do fine I guess, the MR is there.
  5. PVR Included Tested in ReDream Amiga no LED Cracked with trainer A decent side scrolling brawler for Amiga brawlers, clearly after that 80's ninja turtle money. On Amiga brawlers are a bit different than you're used to. You have one attack button and four attacks. The way this works is you hold the attack button down then press a direction. High kick is attack and up, mid kick is attack and forward, low kick is attack and down, and punch is attack and back. Jump is up but on the DC version X is profiled to up. So if you're really bothered by the old 80s computer's attack scheme you can just press X+A to be a little more like console brawlers. [Hidden Content]

    mega.nz Dragon Breed

PVR MR NLED AB It's a pretty interesting shooter with some platforming. You get off the dragon here and there for the platforming bits. It's a cool game and definitely worth a try [Hidden Content]

    mega Ruff'N'Tumble

Tested PVR'd No LED Cracked w/ trainer This is Amiga at its finest. Looks great, controls are good, well animated, sounds awesome. One of if not the best game on Amiga, period. My favorite is Savage but anyone who tells me R-N-T is better I wouldn't argue with. This is one of the best run-n-guns ever made let alone best on Amiga. [Hidden Content]
  9. PVR MR Autoboot SFX BGM Left trigger brings up on-screen keyboard. Right trigger closes it. Everything else is covered by the manual, tags, or pointed list. [Hidden Content]

  12. GatorCountry

    mega Turrican II

If you don't know Turrican f**k you. I'm playing. This might be the best franchise on Amiga. You see what it is, bit MegaMan, bit Metroid, bit Contra, all badass. Like all mines, this is an autoboot solution but I do not think this version has the LEDs removed. If anyone wants a no led version I'll make that up on request [Hidden Content]

    mega Barbarian II

Tested PVR included No Led Autoboot Clearly not the game by Palace, i'm working on getting that one, it's sequel, and the first Barbarian by Psygnosis working currently, but in my opinion this is a better game than those anyway. Nice graphics, good animations, good sounds, interesting world to explore. If you're not familiar with Amiga games let me explain how to control your character. You'll move around intuitively but you should still experiment with the diagonals anyway to get a feel for the flip jumps and rolls, distance and timing. Up is jump, so is X because X is cued to up. diagonal up and a direction will give you a longer jump with a flip either forward or backward depending on which way you pressed. Down is duck, diagonal down with a direction is roll. To attack is similar. Hold A and press a direction. Forward will give you a normal side swipe attack, diagonal up and forward will give you an oner head chop if you have a weapon, or a kick if you don't. A+Down will give you a low attack, so on. Experiment a bit and figure out the moves before you go running around. They're not difficult to get used to, well, I don't think they are, I grew up with an Amiga so I'm probably not the best to judge that. Remember X = Up as well so if you just want to use buttons you can, for the most part. If you're on an emu X is the left button on the DC controller. So if you're on a switch controller I mean Y or a PS controller would be Square. Xbox is still X. [Hidden Content]

    mega.nz Motörhead

You play as Lemmy, the bassist/singer from Motorhead. Mostly a beat-em up but after every level there's a mini game. If this is your first time playing an Amiga beat-em here's a tip, press directions at the same time as action. forward+a=base attack. It's not hard once you get used to it. I didn't find a two-button hack but I'll keep looking. Tested on ReDream [Hidden Content]
  18. GatorCountry

    mega Metal Mutant

Tested in Redream PVR Included Amiga No LED A decent Amiga scroller where you morph into any of three forms to complete your objective. Controls are a bit odd. You need to press the action button (A) then a direction to do any kind of action. They're all different by the different forms. Mess around a bit and get the hang of it before you fight enemies.
