This is a Dirty Partial English translation of the game to help you play the game without understanding Japanese so you could play the game without problems about menus. I’ve made an uncensor/Lewd mod of the game a few months ago and decided to expand my mod to make it a partial English patch. And… maybe spark interest to the game since the English mod is half done now and not far from a full English patch The game is not that complicated that you can finish it without knowing the story. There are Walkthroughs out there that will give the gist of what’s happening. What’s translated: ※ All Images that contain text used in menu’s and such ※ All Regular Menu/Navigation Text What’s NOT translated: ※ All dialog Text and Choices in-between dialogs ※ Messages that appear when you found an underwear on a room Known bugs that exist even on the base unmodified game: ※ Do not MAX out your Picon’s (Money) to 9,999,999. The Game will crash at the end of the mission when the games awarded you with money you got from the level. 8,999,999 should be fine. ※ Sometimes the game will crash on when you continuously and quickly scroll and select the resident’s costume on “Customize Maiden” (unlocked after finishing the game). Like for example after continuously scrolling and selecting costume for 5 characters on the 6th character you scroll and select costume there is a chance to crash the game. Jet Set Radio Future Tested and working*: Mod-chipped Xbox v1.6, EvoX BIOS, using the nkpatcher ISO attacher chain loader. *The game does work on a v1.6 however, not in HD 480p mode. You get a garbled screen. If your running fancy component video cables or a HDMI mod of some kind, you have to go to the legit MS dashboard and disable the widescreen mode, set it back to standard. Then it works fine. There are patches for these games that are broken on v1.6 but I'm trying not to do any patches directly to the game files anymore. I would rather chain load it with the game without editing the games files directly and permanently. Still working on that... If you have a v1.4 or older xbox, or just using the standard yellow composite video cables, don't worry, it should just work fine in whatever video mode you are running. Update 2019-11-28: Fixed the cutscene where Silverneil breaks down crying. Title ID: ULUS10593 [Hidden Content] An addendum to the undub/restoration job by somebody special. The only thing that undub lacked is the FMV subtitles – this is an attempt at fixing that. Thanks to @HMG for requesting to sub this game. As it was the case with Hexyz Force, these subtitles are based on the English videos' script, while the translated opening was snatched from cj iwakura. Here’s an English port of Catherine: Full Body since Atlus decided not to localize it to the Vita then to rub more salt in our wounds decided to make a poll and include this game to one of the possible games to be ported to the switch. Oh yeah, Before I start and probably wondering how is this possible. I don’t have any secret hacks or exploits for the PS4 to get the English assets. This is just good old-fashioned transcribing text from numerous videos on YouTube and my own gameplay. So, most of the untranslated text you may see are text that I have not encounter during my numerous playthrough. Since there’s a bit progress on the PS4 scene about backporting and decrypting higher firmware games. I decided to wait for that process to mature, be public and have more comprehensive guide before completing this port and save myself from manually typing what I see on the screen. The port is mostly playable, probably 70% and if you play just the story and ignoring random dialogs of the NPC’s you’ll mostly see English text and get all the 13 endings and since today is the anniversary of the release date of this game for the vita here’s the playable BETA English port for everyone to enjoy.
